Job Title: Cloud & DevOps Engineer | AWS & Azure Specialist

Summary:

Results-driven and highly skilled Cloud and DevOps Engineer with over 4-5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructures. Proven track record in transitioning organizations from on-premise to cloud-native environments using AWS and Azure. Hands-on expertise in automating deployments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and enforcing strong security practices. Strong foundation in system administration and networking, with a strategic approach to infrastructure management and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:

  • Designed and implemented highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructures on AWS, Azure, DataPacket & Hostinger leveraging services like EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, Azure App Services, Azure VM Scale Sets, CDN etc.
  • Deployed and maintained CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Created and monitored Dockerized applications, and used Kubernetes for orchestration in production and staging environments.

Security & Monitoring:

  • Implemented IAM roles, policies, and Azure RBAC to enforce least privilege access across cloud services.
  • Managed SSL/TLS certificates using AWS ACM, Let's Encrypt, and integrated them with Nginx and CloudFront distributions.
  • Monitored infrastructure performance using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and custom logging solutions, enabling proactive incident response and root cause analysis.

System Administration & Networking:

  • Migrated and managed MySQL, RDS, Aurora, and SQL Server databases across cloud environments.
  • Proficient in managing Linux/Unix and Windows servers, ensuring uptime, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Designed and configured load balancers, firewalls (pfSense), and IPsec VPNs for secure and optimized networking.
  • Experienced with email systems configuration, including O365, G-Suite, Odoo integrations, SMTP/IMAP/POP setup, and troubleshooting.
  • DNS management thru DNS providers GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare.

Cloud Migration & Automation Projects:

  • Led successful cloud migrations from on-premise to AWS/Azure, including storage (S3 to Azure Blob), databases (RDS to Azure SQL), and web apps (Elastic Beanstalk to Azure App Services).
  • S3 Bucket or Blob integration with CDN/Cloudflare
  • Used Bash, Python, and automation scripts to streamline infrastructure provisioning and maintenance tasks.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions to support scalable, secure, and reliable business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

  • Configure and maintain Azure services including VMs, Storage, VNets, Azure AD, App Services, and more

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud environments

  • Manage identity and access via Azure RBAC and IAM policies

  • Support cloud migrations and integration projects

  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and incidents

  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure and operational procedures

  • Stay updated with Azure best practices and evolving services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering or administration

  • Strong understanding of core Azure services (VMs, App Services, Azure Storage, etc.)

  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform)

  • Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204)

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, AKS)

  • Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments
