Job Title: Azure Cloud Specialist
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Hybrid)
Timings: 10am - 6pm
Experience: 3 years
Role Overview
We are hiring an Azure Cloud Specialist to design, secure, and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure with strong expertise in networking, DevOps, and production system operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage Azure infrastructure using VM's, VMSS, App Services, and Azure Compute Gallery
  • Implement secure architectures using VNets, NSGs, NAT Gateway, VPNs, and Azure Application Gateway (WAF)
  • Configure and manage Azure Storage (Blob/Containers) and caching using Azure Managed Redis
  • Handle DNS and domain management, including Cloudflare (cache rules, routing)
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx (reverse proxy), and PM2
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor, alerts, and infrastructure utilization tracking
  • Implement RBAC and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for least-privilege access control
  • Design secure authentication and authorization strategies across services
  • Ensure backup, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies are in place
  • Manage disk snapshots, VM images, and versioning strategies
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability
  • Enforce zero-trust networking by routing all inbound traffic through secure gateways
  • Configure secure outbound communication using forward proxies and IPsec tunnels
  • Implement site-to-site VPNs and secure hybrid connectivity using pfSense or equivalent
  • Manage secure access via Azure Bastion and VPN solutions (OpenVPN)
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
  • Deep understanding of Azure Networking (VNet, NSG, NAT Gateway, VPN, Application Gateway)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and container deployments
  • Experience with Nginx (reverse proxy) and PM2-based deployments
  • Strong Linux system administration (debugging, troubleshooting, security)
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, alerts, and observability
  • Knowledge of Azure security best practices and zero-trust architecture
  • Experience with cost optimization, budget alerts, and resource optimization

Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Cloudflare integration (caching, DNS, security rules)
DevSecOps tools (Trivy, SonarQube, OWASP)
